Hi, I’m enquiring about app compatibility with the iPad 6th generation (not a pro, just the plain iPad). I looked in the compatibility list, and note that it’s not included. I recently bought my wife a new iPad, and it won’t pair/sync with her Charge 2 - though this worked fine on her much older iPad. We’ve restarted the tablet and uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no effect. Is there anything else we can do at this stage?
It never occurred to me that it might not be compatible with the app (because so many other Apple devices are OK).
