Just got the new iPhone 11 pro and it does not work with my Charge 2. I first tried to sync it and nothing would update, it said could not find device. I tried to update the tracker. Nothing. So I deleted the device off the phone and now it can not find it at all. I have tried rebooting the phone, turned on and off the blue tooth, still nothing. Do I now own just a watch?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone

Steve H., this is exactly right. It is what happened to me. I finally figured it out. I turned Bluetooth off on old device. Now I am paired up and sync-ing again on new iPhone 11 Pro/iOS 13. Yay!
Best AnswerMy old phone has been completely erased and set up as a new phone, but I am also still having this issue.
Best AnswerIn addition, I had to delete the fitbit app from my iPhone and reinstall it. Then, if finally worked! 🙂
