iPhone 7 won’t ring

My iPhone 7 stopped audibly ringing (it still vibrates) when I paired it with my new Fitbit Charge 3. I’ve checked all the phone settings and verified the sound is turned on. I can produce sounds by checking them in settings so I know it’s not the speaker.

Welcome to the Community @Trukinbob.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Now about the issue you are experiencing, can you please be more specific about it? Is the issue directly with the tracker, the Fitbit app or is your phone? If it is you phone, I recommend getting in touch with Apple customer service.

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

The issue is that my I phone 7 makes no sounds , ring, notifications , alerts etc. since I paired it with my Fitbit HR3. All settings in the phone for sound are turned on properly and the sound tests work. It seems the Fitbit is not allowing the phone to make sounds. The Fitbit vibrates as does the phone when calls and texts come in, but no sounds. Hopefully this clearly explains what is happening.

Thanks for the information @Trukinbob.

It's weird to hear that your phone's sound stopped working when you pair the Charge 3. You can try to restart your phone or to setup the tracker as new. But as recommended, if the issue is directly with your phone, contact Apple support.
