Hello @Dougnc, it's nice to see you around, thanks for joining the conversation.

If you're noticing a big discrepancy on the distance recorded by your tracker using the iPhone 7's GPS, please follow the steps below to calculate your stride length and then add it to your Fitbit account:

  1. Go to a track or some place where you're sure of the distance.
  2. Count your steps as you walk across that distance, making sure you travel at least 20 steps.
  3. Divide the total distance (in feet) taken by the number of steps to get your stride length.

After calculating your Stride Length, you can add it to your account by going to the Fitbit app > Account > Advance Settings > Stride Length.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

I'm having the same problem.  I don't know how the stride length would fix the issue when it should be using the gps to measure distance and it worked perfect with the iPhone 6.  Runkeeper measures accurate on the 7 as well.  Very disappointed considering I bought my blaze for a race and now i have to break out the iPhone 6 again to ensure its accurate.

Well I gave changing the stride length manually a try. Didn't seem to make
any difference on my hike this morning. To give you perspective, I was
probably keeping a 20 min/mi pace, it had me logging 15-17 min/pace. I
walked about 3.2 mi but the activity was logged at 4.1. It seems that the
gps is overriding the steps for mileage calculations, and there is some
distortion going on. The distortion is actually fairly consistent. Easily
replaceable.
