iPhone Bluetooth cannot locate my Charge 2 device

My iPhone 6s won't pair with my Charge 2 - can't even locate the Bluetooth device. Apple did a diagnostic and the Bluetooth antenna was ok. My husband's Android will pair with the Charge just fine. I've restarted my phone, turned the Bluetooth on and off- multiple times, did a software reboot, uninstalled and reinstalled the app... And no luck. I have no other devices paired with my iPhone. I'm so frustrated! Please help.

I can't offer help. But I am experiencing the exact same problem. No solution found.

I had the same problem where my iPhone wouldn't synch to my Charge 2 however it was synching to my iPad.  When I turned off my iPad Bluetooth and moved the iPad away, my iPhone synched.
