Hi @Slownotdumb, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone freezes on the Fitbit app. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the latest operating system installed. After this, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and see if it stops freezing.
