I entered the 4 digit code that was on the Fitbit into my iPhone, it says "Connecting to Fitbit", the green line below it moved to the right and then just stopped moving. After about half a hour since it was not moving, I turned off the iPhone and turned it back on. Tried again and it's doing the same thing. I have not used my Fitbit since July of 2021. Is that why it's taking so long?

Hi @cinerama Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issues that your Fitbit device has experienced with your phone, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try resetting your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
