iPhone won't ring after setting notifications

My Iphone is not ringing and I suspect it is because my fitbit is registering the calls instead. Is there a way to disconnect that function - to get alerts for phone calls and texts?

Hi @Ines . Connecting your iPhone to a Fitbit device would not cause this issue. And while you can turn off notifications for calls and text messages, your Fitbit will still be connected to your phone for syncing purposes. Here are a few things to check on your iPhone:

  • Check that the ring/silent switch at the side of the phone is not turned to silent.
  • Make sure your iPhone is not set to Do Not Disturb. That setting turns the ringer off.
  • Check your volume settings. There have been times when my Hubby has everything set to ring but the volume of his iPhone is set to off so he misses calls.

If none of these tips hep, please let us know which Fitbit device and which iPhone you have.
