I’m new to the community and wondering how frequently updates are generally made, namely if / when I can expect to be able to use my FitBit with my iPhone12 Max Pro device?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @JaneUser.

While iPhone12 Max Pro is not supported by the Fitbit app at the moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their devices to the fullest. I recommend keeping an eye on this page, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @mscarroll.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing. I understand your concern and would like to advise that most phones work with the Fitbit app and Fitbit products if they meet our minimum OS requirements. For more information, see Fitbit-compatible devices. You can confirm the troubleshooting tips to set up the tracker at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!

Thank you, but that doesn’t answer the question.

I have tried all the steps numerous times, and whilst the Fitbit can be paired through the app, it’s full capabilities cannot be utilised. It is not possibly to sync it via Bluetooth and the app constantly says “looking” when I try to sync it.

Have the issues with the iPhone 12 Pro Max been fixed, as it appears they haven’t.

I have tried following all of these steps. My brand new phone won’t sync to the fitbit and it doesn’t locate it when I search for Bluetooth devices.

When will the Fitbit app be fully compatible with the Iphone 12 Pro Max?  I can't get texts and calls to show up on my Fitbit Alta.
