my charge 2 will no longer pair once updated to ios10 .  it is connected and will only sync once iphone 6s plus is restarted.  I have been on with customer service twice today and no resolve. all day sync , heart rate on dashboard, and notifications are now unavailable and i am stuck in the mud.  I hope fitbit releases a software update soon and the situation is resolved.  Surely the issue isn't with my tracker?  It was working perfectly last night and caught no water or bumps.  hmmmm

I updated to ios 10 the day it came out and while it bricked my phone I did not have a problem with the fitbit app or syncing.  I have the 6s plus.  I hope you find a solution.

I haven't had any issues syncing my Charge 2 with my iPhone 6S+ (iOS 10) either.

I updated to IOS10 the day it came out and loved it ... until I tried to use the Fitbit App.  It is useless. Lost steps, no sleep info.  My tracker is working just fine. So I did some trouble shooting ... removed the tracker (a brand new Charge 2) and now I can't even get the app to recognize it.  I've had a Fitbit since the very first one that came out ... I've upgrade through the years and have loved everyone I had but this is truly frustrating.  I hope they upgrade the app soon.

I have a brand new Charge 2.  It was working perfectly until I updated to IOS 10 opn my phone.  It dropped the data off the App.  No steps, no sleep data.  The tracker is working fine.  In trying to resolve the issue I deleted the tracker in order to reinstall it and now the App won't load it.  It's connected to the phone. I get notifications of calls and tezts bjut the App can't find it.  Since Fitbit didn't see fit to include a dongle with the Charge 2 I can't sync to my computer.  I am extremely frustrated.  I have been a Fitbit customer for a very long time.  I have the original model. I still have a working Fitbit One.I am not happy at all at the moment.

Has everyone updated their iOS app? The new update is supposed to addressed issues regarding compatibility with iOS 10.

I have actually uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Thanks to the t that Fitbit didn't include a dongle with the Charge 2 now even the time is wrong. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Mine hadn't synced properly since I installed iOS 10. Have emailed Fitbit since it's one of the few apps that hasn't updated since the launch. Hopefully they will soon.
