logged excersize removes active mins.

Why does my active minutes disappear when I log a excersize ? My Fitbit's don't pick up my elliptical workout. But I do gain active minutes during the workout. So if I go in there to manually add the workout, the active minutes I earned during this workout disappears.

Thats irritating. Bad enough that it won't pick up my steps properly on the elliptical and doesn't smart track it. But to take away my active minutes because I manually log the excersize during the time those minutes were earned is ridiculous

Hello @Bunnybear_05, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, when you manually log an activity the activity overwrites the exercise information to prevent duplicated stats. However the active minutes should not vary much. At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the app dashboard before you log in a manual activity, one of the details of your manual exercise and one of the dashboard after the activity has been logged. That will be very helpful for me to check this situation further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply. Smiley Wink
