I have a charge 5 and iphone 11 pro max that running on ios 15.5. I've tried restarting my charge 5, removing and re-installing the app, turning off my phone. Nothing has worked! Spoke to 2 different people on the help desk and they couldn't get it fixed either. Any suggestions????

UPDATE: Well, the app finally came back up late last night. However, my phone froze on a black screen last night. Had to put it on the charger and it came back up. This has happened at least 6 times since i received the watch. So frustrating because all the nightly stats stopped. Ugh!

I don't know much about iOS.
With android, and when an app fails to start.
I would also make sure that you have the latest fitbit app update.
