not syncing correctly

My fitbit is displaying the wrong time after it has died and is not tracking anything correctly. I’ve synced it twice on the app but the watch hasn’t changed.

I would suggest restarting your Fitbit Watch. You won’t lose any data doing so. Look here to see how to restart your particular Fitbit here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
