I received a notification about a personal challenge called "Get In Your Zone," but I can't tell if my devices qualify... I have a Versa (1st gen) and a Charge 3... the versa seems as though it qualifies, but as it is not listed, I can't be sure... Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated!

I wondered the same thing about my Inspire HR. It reports active minutes and HR zones, so it seems like it should be perfectly capable of participating in a challenge like this, and yet I'm told I would have to upgrade my five-month-old device. It's annoying.

It sucks that a Charge 3 doesn’t work with it. I got a Charge 3 when they were the newest device. It lasted just over a year. Stupid me bought a new one. It had 2 big problems after 6 months. Firbit begrudgingly replaced it. When this one has problems, I don’t know what I’ll get. I have enough money in Fitbit Smartwatches, I could buy the newest Apple SE Series 6 watch. It’s beautiful, Apple products last & the company stands behind their products. When there’s an update, EVERYONE gets it way back to 7 versions which is 6 yrs for most people.

Yes, I think they are trying to get us to buy a new device. My charge 2 tells me indicates what zone I'm in. If you go to the exercise panel and then touch any exercise noted, it will take you to the heart rate and indicate how many minutes you've spent in each zone. So the device does what it needs to do for this challenge, yet they wont let you apply it. If you click on the challenge, you get a screen about it but within seconds a screen pops up advertising the new devices with a shop now button. This is really getting me angry. After 6 years of being a fitbit customer, I'm thinking of switching to a new device because I'm so angry ......😡

I have an android phone and don't have ads in the nutrition window. I'm wondering why you do on an apple. I have a Charge 2 but the app should be the same no matter the device.
