I just got my replacement charge and it's not being recognized on my IOS device. It's on and fully charged. I've tried multiple times doing the replacement steps on the app, but it's not loading anything. I have tried restarting my phone, resetting the fitbit and turning bluetooth on and off, but nothing is working.

If possible, have you tried setting up your replacement tracker using either a computer or a different mobile device? Click here for the instructions.
You will be able to sync your tracker regardless of how you set it up.

I tried following those steps, but it just keeps saying that it's loading. It's not showing up on my list on devices to connect to on Bluetooth.
