steps not matching up

My computer and iphone say I have 3.399 steps while my FitBit says I have 9.636 steps.  Also, my heart rate and steps are not on my phone anymore, but are still on my FitBit.  I have rebooted my FitBit several times.  That hasn't worked.  What else can I do?

Welcome to the Community @carolineavegno! This sounds weird. However, I'd start by making sure that your tracker is pair to your account. If it's not, you can bring it back setting it up as a new device. Also, make sure that your iOS device is running the latest version of the Fitbit app.
