stopped getting texts and not monitoring my sleep

Hi I'm using iOS my blaze hasn't been sending threw texts for about 2 weeks even tho it's on threw the app, I've checked today and it's know stopped monitoring my sleep can anyone share some light

Hey there @Stella90! Welcome to the Community!

Let  me help you out, I recommend doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row make sure to follow the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared and keep an eye on it, if the issue persists try the troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  3. Reboot your mobile device.

In regards of your sleep you can manually add your sleep by tapping on the sleep tile then on the plus sign on the upper right hand corner.

Hi thanks tried this which fixed my sleep but still no texts

I am not getting texts anymore either and have a terrible time syncing my steps. After 3 days of turning the Bluetooth off and on and my device off & on many times. I finally got the sync to finish by turning "All Day Sync" off.
