unreliable sync following transfer to google

Since my recent (3 days ago) transfer to a google account (Versa 3, IOS app) syncing has been either non-existent or inconsistent with device data; also lacks agreement with time. Totally frustrating; have been all over the forums, found no relevant posting. Help!

I don’t have an answer because I haven’t moved and now I’ll be even more hesitant!  I also have iOS and Versa 3. Hope someone from Fitbit answers!

Hi @Magnumopus - the problems with the new Fitbit App are more likely the cause.

Have a look at the posts in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in this where you will see more fully the issues.
