ACE 2 Clock Faces

I am looking for the monster that is showing on the cover of the box and ads, I can't find it. Anyone have any information? Thanks!

Update: I know where the clock faces are - I have uploaded the rocket for him, but he wants the monster and I don't see it as an option.

I've asked the same question and haven't had any luck finding it yet.  You would think that the monster on the box would be an option.

It's the Fred clock face! The one that looks like just an eyeball (or two). He pops out later after your child starts getting more steps. I saw him yesterday when my son hit his step goal. 🙂

Regarding your inquiry, at the moment the clock faces that you see in the Fitbit app are the only ones that are available.  However, I'd like you to submit a request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for yours. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

How to get the clock faces that is shown on the box ? How many steps must he walks in order to get the face ?

My son is using the rocket clock face on his ace 2, but he wants to see the date on the screen as well.  Is this possible on the home screen, or otherwise on the scroll through screens?

On my ace to I was so excited to see Fred grow up! But once I got to 7,500 steps Fred appeared to be asleep what do I do?

My daughter’s Ace2 has a similar problem. The clock face seems to go to sleep at 20:00. The activity timeline is until 23:00 so not sure why this happens.

I am also looking for the monster clock face. Fred. It is on the cover of the box and we did use it and now it is not available. I feel it is mis representation to have it on the box and all the fit bit ace 2 advertising, yet we cannot access it. Can you please explain how i get access to the monster face? Thank you

Is the Fred face still an option on the ace 2. Can’t seem to find the monster and I have a little boy who is upset!!

You "earn" the monster face with your daily steps. I forget how many steps
you have to reach but thats how we finally found it. It was very
frustrating to figure out. I hope this helps!
