I purchased my Fitbit in March of 2020. I wore it consistently for about a month and a half and then it stopped charging. I would attempt to connect wherever I was (friends houses, bought a new USB port) and it may or may not connect. Over the course of time, I've not been able to use it but for maybe a couple times a month- if I could get it to charge.
I was just havi.g a convo with an customer service agent and they told me to clean it and then try it again. NOTHING and we got disconnected.
HELP!

Another possibility is that your charger has a bad connection.
