Ace 2 - How to add more options in Settings app

You know Ace 2 has all these 'apps' on the tracker, such as the timer and alarms. There is a 'Settings' app on the Ace 2 tracker and the only thing it has is 'Device Info'. My son and I have searched for a way to add some settings there, but no luck. Here I'm thinking someone might know bc it's Fitbit Help. Can someone plz tell me how to add more to the settings on the Ace 2 tracker, or if 'Device Info' is the only setting?

I am glad to assist you with your concern about the Setting app on your son's Ace 2 tracker. I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend connecting the tracker to the charging cable and then open the Setting app. If you don't see more options, please restart the tracker by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I am sorry to hear the issue persists. Before considering other options, could you please try changing a clock face: 

  • With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

Yeah, I'm starting to get the same feeling, @Xenobia. Also, what you said, @LiliyaFitbit , is not working still. Thx for the help.

@Xenobia I appreciate your participation in the Forums and confirming that the Settings app on Ace 2 has only 'Device Info' option. 

@SunsetRunner I apologize for any confusion and would like to confirm that the Setting app has only "Device Info". When the tracker is connected to the charging cable it should show "Clear User Data" in the Setting app.
