Ace 2: alarm issue

At some point the alarm on my child's Ace 2 disappeared. The message "Add alarms in the Fitbit moblie app" appears when I try to access alarms. The problem is that the [Apple iOS] app says that there is an alarm and does not give me the option of uninstalling/reinstalling the alarm thru either the family account or the child's account.

 

  1. I have so far reset the phone by pressing the side button for 5 minutes. No change.
  2. I have unsynced and synced the phone. No change.
  3. I have removed and reinstalled the device from within the app. No change.

 

Phone is charged 100%. Both the timer and stopwatch seem to work.

 

Nothing seems to work. Any assistance will be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 2.

 

In this case, please restart your Tracker and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1647829440442.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have a ace 3 and I look at alarms and it says it is installed on the app but not on the fitbit 

Need help please I already tried reseting device and phone and no change
