Ace 2 - can't change clock face

Dear all,

 

bought an ACE2 for the daughter. It can sync ok with my Fitbit App, when I select ALL Clocks on the menu I can see all of them. When I select any of them to install though (say sprout) I just get a white screen with a "loading" symbol (spinning semi-circle) and nothing happens.

 

How can I fix it?

After i have reinstalled the App it worked for some reason
