I created the family account easily. Her ace 2 is paired to her i pod. my HR 3 is paired to my iphone. it seems like her i pod is showing up on her ace. should i be paired to her i pod & my i phone on fitbit app? my bluetooth is only connected to my HR 3 I am on my account right now it is looking for ace 2. SHe is at school so it will not find it.

i keep getting notifcations and reminders to move on my hr. i only have low battery for me. do i have to change her settings so that they will not coming up for me?

i have messages from 1 years and 2 years ago. they keep showing up as pink dot for my messages? how i do delete them? It keeps saying that i have these old messages on my app like i have never read them. what am I doing wrong to get rid of them?

Hi @karentrey, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts and recommend confirming that the Ace 2 is paired correctly to your Fitbit family account: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices? You can confirm the notification settings by doing the following:

  1. With your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image > Notifications. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Fitbit device to your phone.
  3. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive.
  4. Sync your device.

For more information about notifications, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Regarding your concern about messages, you can swipe the message to the left to delete it.

Let me know how it goes.
