Hi there,
My son lost his fitbit and we have replaced it. We set up the new fitbit on the family account but I never saw an option to transfer his old data. Is there any way I can do this?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend pairing a new tracker to your son's existing account so his old data is not lost. Please follow these steps:
1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
4. Tap your child's profile picture.
5. Tap Set up a Device.
6. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
