Hi there, my daughter has not used her Fitbit for over 6 months. It is fully charged yet the time and date are incorrect. I have updated app on iPad and synced Fitbit - it seems to have made slight improvement with time yet is still 13mins fast and the date is way out by a few months. I have turned off time zone on Fitbit app. I have turned off Timezone on my iPad in settings, turned off my iPad and back on. I’ve turned Fitbit off and on and synced although both time & date remain incorrect. Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @T_E.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since the tracker is syncing, I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting instructions in How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device? You can also try changing the time zone to a different one, syncing the tracker and then changing the time zone to the correct one and syncing again.
Hope this helps.
