Just opened, charged and setup my daughters Fitbit Ace 2 and now the display won’t work. Half the screen and/or just a line displays. I’ve seen similar posts about just lines, but has alone else experienced a half display? If so, resolutions?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. If the tracker is showing a horizontal line on the screen after setup, it is going through the firmware update and may take some time to complete. If you continue experiencing this difficulty, please try the following:
1. Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Restart the phone, sync the tracker and check if the firmware has been updated: How do I update my Fitbit device?
