My son received his Ace as a Xmas gift last year from his grandparents. Last week my son at school realised that the face bit had popped out of the band. This had never happened before, so much so we hadn't even realised that it could as we thought it was all one piece. My son is very upset. How does this even happen, clearly a flaw in design based on the number of people this has happened to. I don't want to purchase a whole new one when I still have the band. Can @Fitbit please help with replacing the face portion, due to their design flaw?

Hi @EMHas there is no replacement pebble part for the Ace or any other Fitbit series. Why not get with support to see if they can offer any options for you.
