My son's ace 2 is not responding to anything. If tried to restart it, plugged it in, tried to turn on, off but nothing happening,

As per the description, it seems that it has insufficient power source. Where does he charge his Ace 2? Have you checked if by any chance the USB port or outlet is faulty?
