Hi my twin boys have both had their Fitbit Ace 2 since last May. However, since then one has popped out of the strap which has been lost and the other one’s strap has snapped. I feel as though these models are really not geared up for a pair of active children!! As a family we all have a Fitbit so very frustrating that we can’t use the family feature on them and I was about to upgrade my watch to the new Versa 2. However, I may not consider this now! Please can you advise if the warranty will cover this!! Thank you.
