Ace 2 step count dropping

My daughters Ace 2 step count is dropping. Today it was at over 8000 and then a half hours late Lebanese had dropped to just over 5000. This has happened before and I have already reset it. It is paired with a family account on my phone that’s also has my charge 2 synced.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your daughter's Ace 2 step count is dropping. Thank you for providing the additional details. I recommend confirming that the Ace 2 tracker is set up properly to make sure it doesn't interfere with another device: How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
