I bought the ace 2 for my son in December, it was his Christmas present. He is was happy with it but not that excited anymore. The first thing that I am not happy with is, you can't change the 12hr to 24hr time, how is this possible? So he is not able to learn the time properly. It won't sync by it self I need to refresh it by hand. Today the watch is on a black screen, it only vibarate and nothing more. I have tried everything. I feel a bit scammed, what should be excited is just gone bad and waist of money. So please fix this issues as I am not the only parent with these problems.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sabina7. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issues you're experiencing with your son's Ace 2 tracker which he received for Christmas. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts, I totally understand how you are feeling. At this time it's not possible to change the format from 12 to 24 hour on Fitbit Ace and Fitbit Ace 2 devices. You may want to vote for, and comment on this feature suggestion. The more votes, the more likely it is to be implemented. I appreciate your understanding.
Regarding the issue with syncing, please confirm the steps in this help article: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
If the screen on the tracker won't turn on, please confirm if you've tried the following:
1. Restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Change the clock face to a Fitbit clock face:
Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
