Hi I bought ace 2 for my daughter 3 weeks ago and now it’s not charging any tips I have cleaned it as recommended.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge the Ace 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
