I bought a Fitbit Ace 2 for my son a week ago . I am having issues in charging it already , Once I was able to charge it some how by connecting to my laptop . Today again back to square one as the battery keeps showing 39% after few hours of keeping it connected. Can you please help this is frustrating for my son.

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace 2 tracker is not charging. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling as the tracker is only one-week-old and I am here to help.
