I have twos Ace 2s. Both display the wrong time and won’t sync. I have tried everything I’ve read in this forum. Logged back in and out. Deleted the app. Tried on iPad and iPhone XR. Have the latest app version. As a last ditch effort, I removed the devices and neither of my devices can find the Fitbits.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the steps you tried to resolve the issue with syncing your Ace 2 trackers. I understand that you're unable to set up the trackers now. Thank you for your efforts, I would like to confirm if you've tried to restart the devices by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After that you can try to set up the trackers again. For more information, please see this help article: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?

Did you remove the devices from their Fitbit accounts?
Are you doing an add device to set them up?
