Ace 2 not turning on

My daughter's Ace 2 just went blank all of a sudden.

It was 95% charged at the time. We tried to charge it again - it did not help.

We searched in the community but did not find similar exact situations.

Tried to restart, but it still did not go on

In addition, it does not sync

The only "alive" signals we get are a pulse when pushing the button

Thank you for your reply.

I did try to restart when it was in charging and still nothing happened.

We ended switching to a different charger and then it started to work.

Not sure why it happened or how to stop it from happening again.
