Ace 2 not pairing

My child’s Ace 2 stopped syncing and disappeared under her profile in our family account. When I try to add it back, it gets to the step where it searches for her Ace 2 but can’t find it. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on. Her Ace is fully charged and on the charger. Bluetooth connects fine to other family member devices. Tried logging in and out of app and even uninstalling and re-installing it. Nothing. Running latest iOS on iPhone 13. Can’t find anything else in the forums except references to the set up instructions which I’ve been they a number of times. Any ideas? Did it just stop working?

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps.
