Ace 2 not showing sleep data on watch face

From reading through the community posts I see that this has been an issue since 2019, but thought I would see if there's been a fix yet as I just bought my daughter an ace2 (it's now 2021) and I'm having the same problem. The sleep data does not display on the watch itself, but does display in the app on my phone. My daughter really wants to see the data on her watch. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Accepted Solutions

I may have found a fix.

While on the kids fitbit profile there's a "Discover" at the bottom center.

Go to "Fitbit Status"

Go to sleep and set up the sleep app again.

Our Ace2 started to display sleep after that. Hopefully this fixes the bedtime reminder also.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sarz987.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for your efforts to resolve this. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try using the raccoon clock face:
  • With the tracker nearby, change to kid view and from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2. Sync the tracker.

Hope this helps.

I am having the same problem.  Went through half of the watch faces with no change and reset the fitbit several times.  No change.
