We received our fitbit ace 2 on Monday. My daughter went to sleep with her fitbit on all night. However no sleep data was showing yesterday morning. So I rebooted and then the data showed up. Today morning we have the same problem - the sleep data is not showing up and the display is greyed out. I rebooted twice no results.

This has happened to me (my son) too! He received an Ace 2 for Christmas. It tracked his sleep the first night, but hasn’t since. We have tried rebooting the device, but no luck 😞
