I bought the Ace 2 for my twins for Christmas. One of them on day 1 had issues with the clasp staying attached to the band. Needless to say in a week it broke and we lost the whole thing. She was devastated of course! She wasn’t being overly rough at all, and the fact the other one is still find tells me it was dodgy. For a kids watch I would of thought they would be made a bit more durable!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
