Ace 2 not showing sleep data

My daughters Ace 2 is showing No Data and is grey under the sleep section although the app is showing how long she has slept. I've tried rebooting the Ace 2 and changed clock faces, but it makes no difference. All other sections are updating and there's no issue with syncing to the app. Any suggestions?
