Ace 2 not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My child’s Ace 2 will not sync to the app. I have:

-uninstalled and reinstalled the app

-restarted my phone

-hard reset the watch (plug in, hold button for 5 seconds, wait for 🙂 )

-turned Bluetooth off and then back on...

-I have the phone and the watch in the vicinity of each other.

I have been trying to get it to work for a few months now. It’s last sync was a very long time ago.

Id like to know what to do next. This has been quite the unreliable device up until this point 😕

thank you in advance

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MJ2015.

I am sorry to hear your child's Ace 2 won't sync. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Remove the tracker from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and try to sync the tracker. You can confirm the steps in this help article:

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
