Two days ago, my son's Ace 2 stopped tracking steps. It must have happened mid-day, as it shows only 452 steps.
I tried a reset while it was connected to the charger, but that hasn't made a difference. I couldn't see anything in the app indicating a problem. It also doesn't appear to have tracked his sleep last night either.
Suggestions about how to fix this would be appreciated.
