Ace 2 not turning on

Hello! We purchased an Ace 2 for my son for Christmas. Now, less than 3 months later, it will not turn on! He wears it every single day and up until this morning it was working perfectly. I cleaned everything with a q-tip, and placed it on the wall charger for about 2 hours, still nothing. Help, please!
