Ace 2 not working

I accidently put my son's ace 2 in the washer and dryer, now it's not working. Is it fixable?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you accidentally put your son's Ace 2 in the washer and dryer and now it is not working. I totally understand how you are feeling. You may try to place the tracker in a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the unit. Following this, please attempt to restart the tracker using the instructions from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
