Ace 2 not working

My daughter’s Fitbit Ace 2 has suddenly stopped working.It won’t charge despite multiple attempts using different chargers.I have tried cleaning the charging point on the device and have also tried to reset but have had no luck.There is no vibration when connecting to the charger but the magnet connection is there.The screen remains blank at all times.

Your support on rectifying would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to share the difficulty with Ace 2 and the attempts to fix it on your own.

I'd like you to confirm that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi @ManuFitbit, thanks for your reply. All steps have previously been followed as per the articles you mentioned with no success. The Fitbit is not even 1 year old so we are quite disappointed that this has happened. Any other suggestions?
