Ace 2 notifications and sleep data concerns

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My daughters got an ace 2 for Christmas and we were under the impression they could receive messages on these? From reading other comments I don’t know if this is possible? it seems ridiculous that they can receive call notifications when they’re not old enough to have a phone but not messages from their parents!

Also, once I’ve synced their device and I can see their sleep data on my account, their devices still say no data?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Val_1980.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and would like to confirm that Ace 2 can receive only call notifications. You can find more information about the Ace 2 in this manualTo share your feedback or if you want the features to be improved, feel free to visit our Feature suggestion board. Here our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works and do a search first, in case someone else has already suggested your idea, or something similar.

Regarding the issue with sleep data, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change the clock face:
  • With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2. Sync the tracker.

I'll be around if you need further help.
