Ace 2 screen glitching

The screen on my daughters ace 2 glitches and rolls from one screen to the next on its own. When I try to read a screen it keeps rolling and glitches on and off. Suggestions?

@gocode03 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2 since the screen glitches by changing the screens on its own.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart her Fitbit Ace 2 as described in this help article. Make sure to select the instructions for Ace 2. After this, monitor the tracker for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello and thanks for the response. I tried resetting twice. I called cust svc. They are sending a replacement.
