Hello,
I bought my daughter an ace 2 for her birthday not even a month ago and as she went to go put it on this morning after being on charge, there is nothing on the screen. Not even lighting up. When I press the side button it vibrates but does nothing.
I have tried the reset method and still nothing.

My Fitbit isn't starting up at all. It has been charged and none of the restart tips have worked.
Update:
My son's Fitbit isn't starting up either. Its charged for over 2 hours and none of the restart tips are working. I need help.
