Brand new Ace 2. Charging out the box. Screen just scrolls with URL setup. Charged to 100% and still only this screen. Have pressed the button on the watch for varying lengths of time and it makes no difference - just a scrolling setup screen.
I've downloaded everything on the phone but it won't see the Fitbit as presumably it isn't actually on if the scroll screen is showing?
What's the deal? My Samsung was sorted in 30 seconds. I've a very disappointed child here waiting

Hi, @Cmgee! Your Fitbit will show that screen until it is successfully added to the account. If you haven't already, I would suggest restarting the tracker (and even the phone). Do you have a Fitbit, too? Sometimes there can be interference between the devices when you're setting up a new one. You should move to an area where your new one is the only device nearby, if you can.

Toggled bluetooth settings and got there in the end. Phone is in a list that isnt/wasnt supported but seems ok now.
